Contact your retailer to file a claim, if they are not our direct distributor, they will need to contact their wholesaler to get the claim filed. API cannot accept claims from a 3rd party.
You can email OEclaims@apitire.com for the claim form. A claim can only be filed if you are the original owner, and they are the original tires. Warranty does not apply to used trailers and can only file a claim for which you are experiencing the issue.
You may file a claim at any authorized dealer.
You can contact your retailer, or go to APITIRE.com, chose your brand and the brochure provided will give you the necessary information you are inquiring about.
Depending on the type of claim and when all the information is received, it can take up to a week to a month. This varies case by case. If you need to follow up on your claim your best point of contact will be with who filed your claim.
Contact your distributor rep and they will provide you with the steps to file a claim.
