1. Your submission of this request form does not commit API to sponsor you or to any other action;

2 You do not have, and will not claim, any kind of sponsorship or endorsement from API Tires because of this submission;

3 With respect to any ideas you submit with the form:

• a) The ideas become the property of API Tires Corporation upon your submission. You will not make any claims against API Tires if your ideas are similar to ideas we have used in the past or may use in the future.
